01 Who we are
EstateDeck ("EstateDeck", "we", "us", or "our") is a product operated by Pixel Own Studio. We provide a service that helps real estate brokers and agencies in India turn property photos and details — sent over WhatsApp or entered on our website — into a clean, shareable public listing page, a personal branded mini-website, collections, PDF brochures, and shareable story image/video content.
This policy applies to everyone who interacts with EstateDeck: brokers and agency members who create an account and post listings, and visitors who view a public listing page or contact a broker through it. By using EstateDeck, you agree to the practices described here.
02 Information we collect
We only collect information needed to run the service and create your listings. This includes:
- Account & profile details: your name, business/agency name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, city and areas you cover, RERA registration number, profile photo, bio, years of experience, languages spoken, testimonials and awards you choose to add, and your chosen website address (subdomain).
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp: when you message our WhatsApp business number, we receive your phone number and the text, photos, and videos you send, so we can build a listing from them and reply to you.
- Listing content: the property information you provide (type, price, configuration, area, locality, address, amenities, description, and other details) and the photos and videos you share for each listing.
- Team & agency information: if you create or join an agency, we store your role, team membership, invite/join activity, and shared listing usage so the team can work together.
- Buyer / enquiry information: when a visitor contacts you through a published listing (for example via an enquiry form or by tapping a contact button), we may receive their name, phone number, and message so it can reach you.
- Payment information: when you buy a plan or top-up, your payment is processed by a secure third-party payment gateway. We receive confirmation of a successful payment and a transaction reference, but we do not collect or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled directly by the payment gateway.
- Usage & device information: basic technical data such as approximate device/browser type, pages viewed, and listing view counts, used to keep the service working and to show you simple analytics about your listings.
- Cookies & local storage: small pieces of data stored in your browser to keep you signed in, remember preferences (like light/dark mode), and enable core features. See the "Cookies" section below.
03 How we use your information
We use the information above to provide, maintain, and improve EstateDeck, specifically to:
- Create, publish, and manage your property listings, mini-website, collections, brochures, and story image/video content.
- Understand your WhatsApp messages, extract listing details from them, and reply to guide you through creating a listing.
- Operate your broker account, agency/team features, and dashboard.
- Show you analytics about how your listings are performing (views, enquiries, and simple tips).
- Deliver buyer enquiries to you and enable buyers to contact you.
- Process your plan payments, top-ups, renewals, and manage your subscription status and listing credits.
- Send you important service messages (for example, listing confirmations, review links, and account or billing notices).
- Protect the security, integrity, and reliability of the service, and prevent fraud, spam, and misuse.
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private WhatsApp messages or account details for advertising.
05 What buyers see publicly
A published listing page and mini-website only ever show what is meant to be public: the listing's headline, price, photos/videos, configuration and locality, and the broker's or agency's name, profile, and contact number. We never publicly display your raw WhatsApp messages, your email address, your login details, buyer enquiry details, or any internal account information.
06 Cookies & local storage
We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage to keep you securely signed in, remember your preferences (such as theme), and make core features work. These are necessary for the service to function. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if you disable essential cookies.
07 How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and restricting access to information to those who need it to operate the service. Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly if an issue arises.
08 Data retention
We keep your account, profile, and listing information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain records (for example, payment and transaction records) for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it.
09 Your rights & choices
You have control over your information. You can:
- Access and update your account and listing details at any time from your dashboard.
- Delete your account and its associated data — permanently deleting your listings, mini-site, and account details — from your account settings, or by contacting us.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Opt out of non-essential communications, or stop messaging our WhatsApp number, at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, use your dashboard or contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
10 Children
EstateDeck is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our service evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of EstateDeck after an update means you accept the revised policy.
