These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EstateDeck. By creating an account, messaging our WhatsApp number, or using our website, dashboard, or any part of the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
EstateDeck ("EstateDeck", "we", "us", or "our") is a product operated by Pixel Own Studio. These terms form a binding agreement between you and EstateDeck. By creating an account, messaging our WhatsApp business number, or using our website, dashboard, mini-websites, or any other part of the service (together, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
02 What EstateDeck provides
EstateDeck helps real estate brokers and agencies in India create and share their listings. Depending on your plan, the Service may include:
Turning photos and property details — sent over WhatsApp or entered on the web — into a clean, shareable public listing page.
A personal branded mini-website (at a name you choose) that hosts all your listings under one link.
Collections (bundles of listings), PDF brochures, and shareable Story image and video content for each listing.
Simple analytics (views, enquiries, and tips) and a dashboard to manage everything.
Agency/team features: a shared listing pool, sub-agent seats, and one team brand.
We may add, change, improve, or remove features over time.
03 Who can use EstateDeck
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
You must be a real estate broker, agent, or agency, or otherwise legally authorised to market the properties you list.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to list, market, and share every property you post.
04 Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity that happens through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access. You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or misuses the Service.
05 Your content and the licence you give us
The photos, videos, text, and property details you share stay yours — you keep ownership of your content. To run the Service, you grant EstateDeck a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reformat, resize, cache, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of creating, publishing, and promoting your listings, mini-website, brochures, and story media, and operating the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared onward by you or others, or copies we must keep to comply with the law.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to all content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
06 Listing accuracy & RERA
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of every listing you create, and for complying with all applicable real estate laws, including RERA disclosure and registration requirements where they apply.
EstateDeck is a technology platform, not a real estate agent, broker, or advisor. We do not verify property titles, ownership, RERA registrations, or the accuracy of any listing. We are not a party to any transaction between a broker and a buyer, we do not endorse any property, and we do not earn commission on any deal.
07 Acceptable use
When using EstateDeck, you agree not to:
Post false, misleading, fraudulent, duplicate, or unlawful listings or content.
Impersonate another person, broker, or agency, or misrepresent your authority to list a property.
List a property you are not authorised to market.
Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Send spam or unsolicited messages, or scrape, copy, or misuse the platform or other users' data.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
We may remove any content or listing that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.
08 WhatsApp messaging
EstateDeck works through the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta and subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms. You reach us because you message us first — we only send you messages related to the Service, such as building your listing, review links, account notices, and buyer enquiries. Standard carrier or data charges from your provider may apply.
09 Plans, billing & subscriptions
Free credits: new brokers get a limited number of free listing credits to try the Service.
Paid plans: to publish more, you can subscribe to a plan. Prices, listing limits, and features are shown clearly before you pay, in Indian Rupees (INR).
Recurring billing: subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, or the period you choose) using your saved payment method, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges.
Top-ups: plan holders can buy one-time listing top-ups when they need more listings within a period. Top-ups are one-time purchases and do not recur.
Payment processing: payments are handled securely by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details.
Taxes: prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
Price changes: we may change plans or pricing; we will give reasonable notice of changes affecting an active paid plan, and changes generally take effect from your next renewal.
10 Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account/billing settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:
Your subscription stops renewing, and you will not be charged again.
Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not prorated.
Refunds: EstateDeck provides a digital service where listings, credits, and features are delivered immediately. Because of this, subscription fees and one-time top-ups/listing credits are generally non-refundable, including for unused time or unused credits, except where a refund is required by law.
If you are charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or a payment is deducted but the corresponding credits or plan are not activated, contact us at estatedeck9@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate in good faith and refund genuine errors. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
11 Service availability & changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may perform maintenance, and we may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
12 Intellectual property
The EstateDeck name, logo, design, software, and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the Service. Your own listing content remains yours, as described above.
13 Third-party services & links
The Service relies on trusted third parties (for example, for messaging and payments) and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
14 Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that using EstateDeck will result in any enquiries, leads, or sales, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any dealing between a broker and a buyer, or for the accuracy, legality, title, or condition of any listed property.
15 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateDeck and Pixel Own Studio are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a transaction between a broker and a buyer, the accuracy of a listing, or a property's title or condition.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EstateDeck and Pixel Own Studio from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your content, your listings, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17 Suspension & termination
You can stop using EstateDeck and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or where we are required to by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your published listings and mini-website may be removed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licence tails, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will continue to apply.
18 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
19 Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
